At VIBAe, we want your feet to stay happy, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn footwear in its original packaging. Our goal is to ensure you find the perfect fit and ultimate comfort with every step you take.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original VIBAe box and ensure all tags are attached before sealing the outer shipping carton.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
